Return and Refund Policy
Sixty Fore Club Returns Policy
At Sixty Fore Club, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to sort it out.
Standard Returns
- You may request a return for any product (excluding socks, underwear, and face masks for hygiene reasons) within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Footwear must be tried on a soft surface and returned in its original, undamaged box.
How to Request a Return
- Email sales@sixtyforeclub.com with your order number, a reason for return, and a clear photo of the item.
- Our team will review your request and confirm if your return is approved.
- If approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. A $10 returns fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
Processing and Refunds
- Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow up to 21 working days for processing.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds cover the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Items not meeting our return conditions will be declined and returned to you.
Faulty Products
- If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within a reasonable time, please email sales@sixtyforeclub.com with photos and details.
- If deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
Exchanges
- We are unable to process direct exchanges. If you need another size or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order.
Order Changes
- If you need to amend an order after payment has been processed, please contact us immediately at sales@sixtyforeclub.com. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been dispatched.
